Heather Blaha
When neighborhood kids were working lemonade stands, I was developing new ways of doing kid business by selling art and stories out of my garage. By age 10, I was delivering newspapers before sunrise.
I am a trusted independent thinker and thoughtful listener who thrives on collaboration and culture. A writing, editing, and project management professional for more than 20 years, I offer diverse experience in the verbal and visual worlds of print, digital, and live production.

I hold a BA in English with a writing concentration from Illinois Wesleyan University and an MA in Contemporary Art Theory and Visual Cultures from Goldsmiths College, University of London, and am certified in Manuscript Editing from the University of Chicago.
In 2015, I traded Chicago for Portland, Oregon, and remain forever grateful for those Midwest roots.
